When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, vehicle (year/make/model), the service you’re interested in, and any notes you add.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your device type, browser, and pages visited, through standard web analytics. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.

We use the information you provide to respond to your quote request, schedule work, answer questions, and follow up about your vehicle. We may contact you by your preferred method — call or email, or by text if you have agreed to receive text messages (see below).

We do not sell your personal information.

Quote and contact submissions are stored in our customer-relationship management (CRM) and email systems so our team can follow up. We use a third-party CRM for contact management and standard email for notifications.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business (for example, our CRM, email, text-messaging, and analytics providers), and only as needed to provide our services. These providers are expected to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

If you agree to receive text messages from Renegade Customs — for example, by checking the text-message box on our quote form — we use your mobile number to send the messages you agreed to: quote, appointment and service updates, and occasional offers and promotions. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Our text-messaging provider processes your number only to deliver the messages we send.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. See the Text Messaging section of our Terms of Service for full program details.

We may use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality and analytics (such as measuring traffic and conversions). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.

When you submit a quote request, we may share your email address with Google in a hashed (one-way encoded) form so Google can tell us whether one of our ads led to your request. This is used only to measure our advertising. We never share your phone number for this purpose.

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, then dispose of it securely. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask us to update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing messages, by contacting us using the details below. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message we send.
